Wash parsley, coriander and mint.
Place the herbs on absorbent paper.
Finely chop half of the aromatic herbs and keep the other half in the fridge.
Press garlic and lemon. Pour the yogurts, garlic, juice and lemon zest into a bowl. Add the sliced herbs, spices. Mix the marinade, salt, pepper.
Cut the cube tofu, then add it to the marinade and mix. Cover and put in the fridge for 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Meanwhile peel and cut the onions. Make the tofu skewers with the onion. Place them on a baking sheet and leather for 20 minutes.
At the end of cooking, sprinkle the skewers with tofu with herbs and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Serve.
