Separate the egg yolks from the whites and mix the yolks with powdered sugar, flour and cottage cheese.
Add 60 grams of lemon curd.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently fold them into the mixture.
Pour everything into a buttered and floured mold, then bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees until the cake is golden.
Let it cool before unmolding and serve warm or cold.
