Directions

Step 1

In a pan, brown the chopped carrots and shallots with the bacon, then add the flour.

Step 2

Pour in the Banyuls to deglaze, then add the stock.

Step 3

Add the honey and season with Espelette pepper, salt and cinnamon.

Step 4
