Mix the flour and baking powder.
In another bowl, beat the eggs, cream, and maple syrup. Stir in the flour mixture and whisk.
In a buttered pan, cook the pancakes, 30ml for each. Set them aside.
Brown the apple slices in the maple syrup and butter.
Spread the pancakes and apples on top of each other.
Pour maple syrup over them and top them with cheese.
