Place a sheet of puff pastry in a pie dish and prick it with a fork.
In a bowl, mix the almond powder, sugar, eggs and soft butter.
Spread this mixture on the dough and hide a bean in it.
Cover with the second puff pastry, sealing the edges well.
Decorate the top of the cake with patterns and brush it with egg yolk.
Bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 to 30 minutes, checking regularly for doneness.
