Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Mix yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and chopped dill; season lightly.
Place salmon on a lined tray, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake 12–15 minutes depending on thickness, until just opaque; rest 2 minutes.
Serve with the yogurt–mustard sauce and lemon wedges.
