Rinse the emptied bars with cold water.
Chop 2 branches of rosemary and 2 branches of thyme.
Mix the coarse salt, the egg whites and the chopped herbs. Then add the rest of the herbs inside the bars.
Preheat the oven to 220°C, then add a layer of salt to the herbs to the bottom of a baking dish.
Place the bars and cover them with the rest of the salt. Bake for 20 minutes
At the end of cooking, break the crust and lift it with a spoon.
Serve.
