Racle the Camembert crust with the dish of a knife and cut it into small dice.
Cook the pie pieces for 4 minutes on each side, salt and sprinkle with Espelette pepper.
Reserve the pieces in a dish covered with aluminum foil.
Put the cream in the pan, add the diced camembert and let them melt, stirring.
Sprinkle the basil sauce.
Serve.
