Cut the leeks into filaments and steam them for 30 minutes;
Place the leeks in an oiled mold.
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Place the trout net on the leeks.
Mix the mustard, lemon juice and honey and brush the fish with it. Sprinkle with dill, pepper and salt.
Put in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Serve.
