Wash, peel and seed the pears before cutting them into quarters.
Wait until the butter softened and has an ointment texture, then cut into dice.
Cut or chop the chocolate so as to have small pieces.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Pour the flour, almond powder, sugar and butter into neighborhood in a bowl. Make the dough working with your fingers. Stop the mixture once you get a friable shortbread dough.
Place the fruits at the bottom of a buttered pan or a gratin dish and add the pieces of chocolate.
By hand, divide the dough over the fruit and bake for about 20 minutes. Get out once you have a golden dessert.
Serve lukewarm or wait for the crumble cool before tasting.
