Preheat the oven to 180°C
With the tip of the fingertips, mix the different ingredients: flour, butter cut into strips, powdered sugar as well as almond powder in a bowl. You should get a sandy mixture
Divide the mixture on a plate then let stand in the fridge while you prepare the fruits
After washing the peaches, peel them and remove the nuclei. Then cut them into pieces
Butter a gratin dish
Place the peaches cut into pieces in the gratin dish. Then sprinkle them with the sandy mixture, crumbling it with your fingers.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Enjoy your cold or warm crumble, with crème fraîche or vanilla ice cream.
