Preheat the oven to 180°C
Meanwhile, cut the apples and pears into small pieces, then mix them with 4 tablespoons of sugar and the cinnamon in a bowl.
Pour everything into an ovenproof dish.
Mix the almond powder with the sugar, flour and olive oil.
Knead and add water if necessary.
Spread the batter over the fruit and bake for 15 minutes.
