Preheat the oven to 200°C
With your fingertips, mix the almond powder, the butter, half the sugar and the flour until a sort of coarse sand.
For the garnish, peel the bananas
Melt the sugar in a hot pan until you get caramel coloring
Add the bananas then cook them in the caramel for 2 minutes. Then just deglaze with half lemon juice
Cut the bananas into thin strips and place them in mini-cocottes. Then sprinkle them with chocolate pistoles and then pieces of crumble dough.
Bake at 200°C for about 8 minutes.
Once the golden crumble, taste.
