Wash and hote the fruits. Cut the biggest pieces then reserve them side.
Soften the butter so as to have a texture in ointment.
In a bowl, make the dough by hand, mixing the flour, half the sugar, the butter cut into pieces and the almond powder. The texture thus obtained must be brittle and get closer to that of breadcrumbs.
In a saucepan, make a caramel with the rest of the sugar. When the caramel is brown, add the fruits and simmer until the caramel melts.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200°C
Pour the preparation into a butled mold or dish and cover with dough.
Bake for about twenty minutes, until you have a golden color.
Unmold and taste warm or completely cooled. Accompany your crumble with a glass of milk or a scoop of ice cream.
