Preheat the oven to 180°C
Bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan
Add the chopped chocolate then mix until you get a smooth mixture
Beat the egg with cornstarch. Once the mixture is poured into the pan, leave over low heat for 5 minutes then distribute in small pots. Leave cool for 1 hour
In a bowl, mix the following ingredients: almond powder, cocoa, flour, butter, sugar until you get a shortbread texture
Cover a baking sheet with baking paper and then distribute the mixture
Bake for 20 minutes.
Divide the crumble over chocolate creams, and taste your dessert.
