Preheat the oven to 180°C
Prepare the crumble dough. With your fingertips, mix the different ingredients such as sugar, cinnamon, soft butter, almond powder, flour and a pinch of salt in a bowl, so as to obtain a sandy mixture
Peel the apples then cut them into quarters. Do not forget to remove the seeds
Once the bananas are peeled, cut them into rings. Then sprinkle them with lemon juice
Butter a gratin dish
Once the fruits cut in small pieces, place them in the gratin dish
Pour the crumble dough over the fruit
Pass the preparation in the oven then cook for about 25 minutes
Serve the crumble as long as it is still hot.
