Directions

Step 1

Break the eggs, then gradually pour the milk without forming lumps

Step 3

After adding the salt and the oil, mix, then let stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour covering the dough with a clean cloth

Step 4

Oil the pancake pan. Once heated, pour it a half ladle of dough

Step 5

Cook and wait for about 30 seconds, while the edges stand out

Step 6

Turn over your pancake to cook the other side

Step 7

Once cooked, place it on a plate

Step 8

Repeat the operation for other pancakes

Step 9

Serve your pancakes with sugar with colorful sugars.
