Beat the eggs
In a bowl, add the flour, make a well, then pour the beaten eggs, sugars and salt
Mix, gradually incorporating the milk then the oil or the melted butter
Mix with a whisk
Cover, then leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours
If the dough is too thick, add 2 tablespoons of water
Over medium heat, heat a non-stick pan, then butter it using absorbent paper or fabric pad
Spread a small ladle of dough on it by tilting the pan to properly distribute the dough over the entire surface
Let it cook
Turn the pancake back using a wooden spatula, then cook the other side in 1 minute
Arrange the rolled pancakes on a serving dish
Cover them with a sheet of aluminum foil to keep them warm
Pour maple syrup on your pancakes and serve them.
