After peeling the bananas, cut them into rings
Place them in a bowl, then freeze them for about 2 hours
Once the pieces of banana are frozen, place them in a blender with the icing sugar and the cream, then mix everything. You will get a smooth ice cream
Do not hesitate to freeze again for 30 minutes if the consistency is not firm enough. Remember to mix with the fork every 10 minutes.
