When preparing the cream, in a bowl, mix the powdered sugar with the egg. Add fresh cream and almond powder. Subsequently, spread everything on the bottom of the dough and place the apricots over it, in the form of a rosette.
Use a vanilla pod to improve the flavor and sprinkle the vanilla sugar pie. Finally, bake it for 35 minutes.
It is better to serve the cold or lukewarm apricot pie. You can decorate it with almond cream, fresh cream, whipped cream, sorbet or pastry cream. You can taste it in breakfast in the morning.
