Preheat your oven to 200°C. Then melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan. Note that you can use milk chocolate and add spices to improve the flavor.
Before pouring the chocolate, put the dough into a pie pan. Do not forget to place the half-stoves (in the box) above the chocolate.
Beat the eggs, cream and sugar in a bowl. Subsequently, pour everything over chocolate and pears.
Finally, bake the whole for an hour. At the end of cooking, sprinkle your brown sugar dessert.
