Wash and seed the apple and cut it into dice. Wash the nectarine, remove the nucleus and also cut it into cubes.
Wash the orange and slice it into thin rings then cut each washer in half.
Put the pieces of fruit in a large carafe. Add the brown sugar, the orange juices, mix. Add the cinnamon stick, pour cognac and wine. Let stand at least 2 hours. If you are not a fan of cinnamon, remove it after 30 minutes at 1 hour.
At the time of the aperitif, put ice cubes, add a few pieces of fruit, pour 1/2 of fragrant wine and 1/2 of lemon or orange soda, then decorate with mint leaves.
