Cut a few sections of approx. 4 cm in the green of the onions.
Several times each end using a knife and dip them in cold water.
Chop the rest of the onions finely and sweat them in the oil.
Add the pressed garlic, flour and broth.
Cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Then add the cream, salt and pepper.
Place your velvety with the sections of green onions.
