Directions

For 4 people

Step 1

Pour honey, sugar, different spices, hazelnut puree and salt. Mix to obtain a homogeneous preparation.

Step 2

Then add the oatmeal and mix until the preparation permeates the cereals.

Step 3

Pour everything on the baking sheet with parchment paper and form a large 3-5mm thick granola plate.

Step 4

Bake the granola at 150°C for 30 minutes. Leave to cool and break the granola plate to get nuggets.
