Step 1

Mix the Arrow Root in a saucepan with part of the milk, then add the rest of the milk. Let boil for 2 minutes.

Step 2

Add the ferments and mix.

Step 3

Pour into the glass yogurt jars then place them in the yogurt maker for 10 hours.

Step 4

Let cool, then close the lids and put the yogurt cool for 12 hours.

Step 5

Serve.
