Pour the dry yeast into a bowl. Reheat the milk over low heat. Mix with warm milk. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Pour the flour into a bowl. Dig a well. Pour the diluted yeast, eggs, salt, eggs and diced butter in the center.
Knead the dough for several minutes until it is flexible and stand out from the walls. Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and let the dough rest for 1 hour at room temperature.
Spread the dough on your floured work surface and cut with donuts using a cookie cutter or a glass.
Let stand 30 minutes at room temperature.
