Directions

For 2 people

Step 1

Mix the oils, the fish sauce (Nuoc Mam for example) and the lemon juice.

Step 2

Cut the carrot, grate the daikon and chop the coriander.

Step 3

Cut them over and put them in a bowl after adding the carrot, daikon and coriander.

Step 4

Add the peanuts and the vinaigrette then mix.

Step 5

Serve.
