Pour the flour into a bowl, make a well and add the water and salt. Mix by adding the olive oil.
Melt the yeast in lukewarm water, then add 1 pinch of sugar.
Mix the preparation until a homogeneous paste is obtained. Then make a ball and let stand for an hour by putting a cloth on it.
Knead the dough again, then spread it on a slightly oiled plate and let stand 30 minutes before garnishing it.
