Peel the apples then add the peels, cores and unused apple pieces to a glass jar.
Then add the sugar and mix it into the water. Then pour more water over it to completely cover the apple pieces.
Cover the jar with a piece of cloth and place it in a dark, warm place for two weeks.
Stir the mixture every 3-4 days.
After about two weeks, filter the liquid and let it steep for another 4 weeks before use.
