Rinse the cabbage and cut it into pieces. Peel and chop the onions and garlic. Peel and grate the piece of ginger.
Heat the oil. Brown the onions, garlic and ginger for 2 minutes.
Add the cabbage and brown for 5 minutes, mixing.
Add the soy sauce and the sesame. Fry all for another 2 minutes.
Serve.
