Preheat your oven to 180°C, meanwhile crush the biscuits into powder.
Work the butter with a spatula and incorporate it into the biscuit powder. Spread the mixture in a springform pan.
Next, wash and hull the strawberries and cut them into pieces then place them on the cheesecake base.
Whisk the cottage cheese with the sugar and eggs until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture over the strawberry pieces. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
To prepare the coulis, mix the strawberries, powdered sugar and lemon juice.
At the end of cooking, let the cheesecake cool in the refrigerator then cover it with strawberry coulis.
Serve.
