Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C

Step 2

Mix the flour and yeast in a bowl, then form a sort of well

Step 3

Add the sugar as well as the whole eggs to this well and mix well

Step 4

Melt butter in a pan

Step 5

Add the melted butter and milk to the preparation in a gradual way to form the dough

Step 6

Add 65g of grated coconut and cinnamon in the dough

Step 7

Butter the mold or cover with parchment paper before pouring the preparation

Step 8

Sprinkle with brown sugar

Step 9

Cook for about 25 minutes then reduce the temperature to 180°C.
