In the bowl of a robot fitted with a leafy mixer, mash the ripe bananas (about 350 grams of flesh). Keep 1 banana for decoration.
Add the eggs and the Rapadura, then mix. Add the coconut oil, melt it before if it is solid.
Preheat the oven to 180°C Wound heat
Mix gluten -free flour, almond powder, lifting powder, vanilla sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add the set to the bowl of a robot and mix.
Add the chocolate chips and mix again.
Oil and flour a cake pan and pour the preparation into it
Take the last banana and cut it in half lengthwise and come and place it above the dough
Bake for 45 minutes
Take out the Banana BREAD from the oven and let cool
Serve !
