Directions

For 4 people

Step 1

In a container, whisk the eggs, crushed bananas and honey. Then add the almond puree, flour and yeast. Mix between each addition.

Step 2

Then add the chopped chocolate with the salt

Step 3

Mix and pour into an oiled cake pan

Step 4

Bake the banana cake in the oven for 1 hour at 180°C.
