In a bowl, pour the yogurt, maple sugar and vanilla sugar, then mix well

Add the flour, salt and yeast, then mix well to obtain a homogeneous paste
Pour the olive oil and mix
Pour the preparation into a previously buttered and floured mold
Place in an oven preheated to 180°C for 40 minutes.
