Before you begin, preheat your oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix the eggs with the flour and yeast.
Add the oil little by little, then the milk previously heated in the microwave for one minute.
Stir in the Gruyère cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the smoked salmon slices into thin strips.
Add the tarama, smoked salmon strips and chives to the mixture.
Pour everything into a cake tin and bake for 45 minutes.
Let cool before unmolding and serve with a green salad.
