Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water.
Whisk the cream, chopped salmon, capers, dill, lemon juice and zest in a bowl.
Drain the pasta, reserving a ladleful of the cooking water. Then return it to the pan, add the salmon cream and the ladleful of pasta cooking water. Season.
Heat while stirring then serve with parmesan.
