Flour the meat and remove the excess.
Cook the meat in an oiled casserole dish.
Peel and slice the carrots, chop the onions, mince the garlic, then add everything to the casserole dish with the tomatoes and white wine.
Add salt and pepper and close the casserole dish.
Let it cook for about 45 minutes over low heat.
Serve.
