Cut the potatoes previously cleaned and peeled. Rinse them with clear water and dry them using a clean cloth
In a skillet, put the oil to heat and brown the onions, potatoes and bacon. Mix and reserve everything.
Put the oven to be preheated to 200°C
Rub the bottom and edges of a gratin dish with peeled garlic then alternate the layers of potatoes with bacon and cut cheese beforehand
Bake for about twenty minutes.
