Cut the veal into cubes. Add a knob of butter to a saucepan and brown the meat over low heat.
Place the 2 stock cubes in a bowl and dissolve them with hot water. To thicken the sauce, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of cornstarch.
Peel and slice the onion, garlic clove and carrots.
Add them to the meat, then add the sauce, salt and pepper.
Let it cook for about 2 hours, stirring regularly.
Serve.
