Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 220°C.

Peel the garlic cloves, split them in half and degem them.

Let the leg cook for 50 minutes.

Step 10

Let the meat rest for 15 minutes in the off and open oven.

Step 11

Cut and serve.
