Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Peel the garlic cloves, split them in half and degem them.
In a baking dish, place your leg by making small incisions.
Salt and pepper then put the semi -cloves of garlic in the incisions.
Sprinkle with half a teaspoon of paprika.
Sprinkle with the 2 tablespoons of oil.
Bake the leg for 10 minutes.
Reduce the temperature to 180°C.
Let the leg cook for 50 minutes.
Let the meat rest for 15 minutes in the off and open oven.
Cut and serve.
