Mix the honey and lemon juice. Add a drizzle of olive oil, chopped ginger and thyme leaves.
Salt and pepper the pork breast slices, and coat them with marinade. Cover and leave to marinate an hour in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the bacon slices with the marinade on the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes by turning them halfway through cooking.
Serve pork chest slices accompanied by potatoes for example
