Chop the garlic, onion and yellow pepper, then fry them in a pan with a little olive oil for 5 minutes.
Add the rutabaga cubes, water, salt, saffron, and pepper. Let it cook for about 15 minutes before adding the squash cubes, chickpeas, and raisins.
If necessary, add a little water and simmer over low heat.
Serve hot with couscous or another side dish of your choice.
