Remove the shells from the Babybels and prepare three deep plates: one with flour, one with two beaten eggs and the last with breadcrumbs.
Coat each Babybel in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs, possibly dipping a second time in eggs and breadcrumbs for a crispier coating.
Melt butter in a frying pan and cook the breaded Babybel for about three minutes on each side.
Serve immediately to enjoy the warm, melted cheese.
