Start by frying the chopped onions in a pan. Boil the chopped potatoes and add them to the pan.
Let it brown, season with pepper and salt, add the bacon and let it simmer a little.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Take the Rouy and cut it into slices.
Place the mixture in a baking dish. Spread the cheese slices on top. Bake for 20 minutes.
