Cut slices of cheese 5 minutes thick and 5 cm wide and place them in a serving dish
Take another dish and place the cold meats. Pickles will be presented in a ramekin
Clean, peel and cook the potatoes in a steam cooker or in boiling water for about 15 minutes;
Using a raclette device, melt the cheese and pour it over the potatoes. Enjoy with cold meats and pickles.
