White wine

Kirsch
1 Glass
Garlic
1 Clove

Directions

Step 1

Make small pieces of bread

Step 2

With a sharp knife, cut the cheeses in strips, except that with raw milk, removing the crusts

Step 3

In a glass, pour the kirsch and cornstarch. Stir until you get a homogeneous mixture

Step 4

Rub the walls of the fondue pan with the garlic clove and place it over medium heat

Step 5

Pour the white wine and heat until it foams before lowering the heat and adding the cheeses. Stir up

Step 6

When all the cheeses have melted, immerse the one with raw milk and the kirsch added with cornstarch

Step 7

Place the fondue on the stove on, mix from time to time using a wooden spoon and taste.
