Start by mixing the cream, coriander, cardamom, zest and juice of one lime, season with salt and pepper. Set aside to cool.
Grate the zucchini, add salt. Wait 10 minutes, remove excess liquid.
Mix the zucchini with green onions, garlic, lime zest, flour, eggs, ground coriander and cardamom, pepper, and cheese.
Heat oil, add 4 tablespoons of batter per donut.
Cook for 6 minutes, serve with cream.
