Start by cooking the linguine according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, chop the garlic and parsley.
Fry the garlic in a hot pan with olive oil for 5 minutes.
Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the pan along with the garlic, lemon juice and parsley, and fry for 2 minutes.
Before serving, grate the bottarga over the pasta after removing the wax.
