Mix 30cl of water with a tsp of dashi powder.
Soak the rice in cold water for 30 minutes.
Boil the aburaage bag for one minute.
Toast the sesame seeds, then set them aside.
Cut the bamboo shoots into strips.
Place the rice in a saucepan, add 30 cl of dashi stock, two tablespoons of shoyu and 2 tablespoons of mirin.
Add the bamboo shoots and stir. Simmer for 12 minutes.
Serve and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
